Natalie Plana

Natalie is currently in her final year of Plastic Surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She received her medical degree from NYU School of Medicine, where she also completed a two-year research fellowship with a Plastic Surgery focus. During that time, she was afforded the opportunity to participate in development and analytics of simulation curricula for cleft and craniofacial education, in order to expand cleft care delivery on a global scale. Back home in Philadelphia, she is hopeful her involvement in the CSH will augment the center’s mission of navigating surgical care for its underserved population.
